We loved the friendly hotel staff and the cleanliness of the suite, especially the kitchen area and bathroom. The suite was fairly large and had functional appliances. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of two bar/restaurants and close to many other restaurants and towns in the area. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

Great central location! Perfect for exploring different parts of Connecticut. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Clean and spacious rooms, perfect for families. Appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the quiet AC. Evening appetizers were fresh and ample. Enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the sunny evening. Breakfast was good, although some non-dairy options would have been appreciated.

Had some issues with room cleanliness. Found debris and food crumbs on the floor upon arrival.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and made an effort to make us feel welcome, even sending texts to check in on our stay. the room was spacious and good value for the price. the kitchen appliances in the room were a pleasant surprise and allowed us to have some meals in. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

The showers could be improved, as we noticed some visible gunk in the corner of ours. It would have been nice to have a more extensive shower setup.

During our stay in this hotel located in a popular area, we were impressed with the great location and convenience to restaurants and shops. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided a nice start to our day. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We did experience some issues with slow service when requesting additional towels and blankets.

The value for money at this hotel is great, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory, except for the pull-out bed, which could use improvement. The location is convenient, with great shops nearby in the sitting area of the suite and close to the main stream in the South Glastonbury area.

All was okay, with the exception of the breakfast not being cleaned in a timely manner for those coming in at 8:55 or 9:15.
