Key access to guest rooms and the valet service added an extra layer of security. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.

The food options were limited and lacked variety. The coffee tasted weak and the eggs were cold and overcooked. However, the hotel made up for this with its excellent location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and impressive shower facilities. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel had good soundproofing, providing a peaceful environment despite being on a busy road. despite the breakfast, I would recommend Homewood Suites for its outstanding features and amenities.

As a tourist, I loved the clean rooms, generous breakfast, and terrific staff at this hotel. The valet manager, Anthony, went above and beyond when our rental car was damaged in the valet parking garage. He took care of everything, transferring the damaged car into the hotel's name and arranging for a replacement vehicle within just 4 hours. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby, and I felt safe exploring the area.

For the price I paid, I got great value for my money. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and I felt safe walking around both in the hotel and in the park nearby. The staff treated me well and were always ready to help.

When it comes to breakfast delights, it could use a bit of improvement.

The staff was very attentive and took good care of me during my stay. The complimentary business center and printing were a nice added bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the nearby park. We felt safe walking around the hotel and in the park with our dog. The staff, especially Matt, were very helpful and friendly. The downtown location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city. The small kitchen and living room area in the room were well-appointed and added to our comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the staff working in the kitchen were great. The beds and pillows were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the complimentary drinks and snacks in the bar on Wednesday evenings were a nice touch.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor inconveniences. The need to request room service was a slight hassle, but not a significant issue.
