An exceptional stay for a fantastic value! Staying at this hotel felt like a night in a high-class establishment. The lobby and dining area were inviting and classy, and the outdoor fire pit and basketball court were added bonuses. The location was perfect, just a short car ride away from downtown and the casino. The staff was amazing, friendly, and made us feel like we were their only guests. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including healthy choices. Moreover, the rooms were excellent, spacious, and well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator. I loved that some rooms had balconies, providing a nice outdoor space. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be coming back in the future. The only minor issue was a small cleanliness detail, but overall, everything was great!

Our suite was spacious and had a full kitchen which was very convenient. The pool was clean and well-maintained and the breakfast had a good variety. Despite some minor details, overall we had a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Homewood Suites! The facilities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The newly built lobby and dining area were classy and inviting. The outdoor fire pit and basketball court were fantastic additions. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service and the proximity to downtown Saratoga. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, this hotel had everything we needed to have a great time!

I just had the best stay at a hotel in Saratoga! the rooms were so spacious with a separate living room and bedroom, and the beds were super comfortable. Plus, I loved the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the track and casino - it made getting around so easy. And to top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel right at home during my business trip. Can't wait to stay here again!

My only tiny complaint is that there was only one elevator in the hotel. It wasn't a big deal since the hotel is only four floors, but having side by side elevators would be more convenient.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including sausages, scrambled eggs, and waffles. The staff was exceptional, being friendly, polite, and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location was just outside of downtown and close to the casino, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of space for relaxation. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the amenities such as the pool, laundry room, exercise room, and business center.

One issue we had was with the check, in process. Even though we arrived after the designated check, in time, there was a delay in getting both of our rooms ready.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe at this hotel. The quiet and soundproof rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere. The size of the room, furniture, and decorations were excellent. We loved the extra amenities such as the gym, pool, and fire pits. The breakfast area was also excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning team, were friendly and attentive.

The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. No issues with parking. the breakfast and dinner included on weekdays were a great addition and saved us money. the rooms are very roomy with a full kitchen set up, making it convenient for longer stays.

My only complaint, and this is really being picky, is that they could have side by side elevators instead of just one. the wait isn't long, but it can be a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem near everything, just outside of downtown. The staff is fantastic and service is impeccable, with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is a great start to the day, with included healthy eating options.
