This hotel is perfectly situated in a great convenient neighborhood, just a short walk away from Times Square, where you can easily access all of the exciting NYC activities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. The rooms are small but clean, and the shared bathrooms are well-maintained. The Wi-Fi works well and the hotel has a lovely old-school and homey atmosphere.

The pillows are not the most comfortable.

I recently stayed at Hotel 31 for a short trip to visit NYC. The hotel had a charming vintage atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The TV in the room worked perfectly, and the price was incredibly affordable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and stepping into my room felt like stepping back in time. The location was amazing, just around the corner from the Empire State Building and Penn Station. The staff was helpful, and the room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, working air conditioning, and a clean sink. There was plenty of storage space, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. a great experience.

We had a fantastic location for our stay, just a short walk from the train and subway stations, making it convenient to get to and from the airport. The hotel is also within walking distance of Times Square, The Rock, and Central Park. Our room was spacious enough, with comfortable beds and a nice-sized bathroom that was cleaned daily. Despite being in the heart of the city, we felt safe throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants like Vezzo and Blue Bell Cafe. we had a great experience at Hotel 31 Extended Stay.

The highlight of our stay at Hotel 31 Extended Stay was the unique European-inspired decor and style. It truly felt like we were transported to another continent. The character of the hotel added to the overall charm. The location was perfect, close to a 24-hour deli with delicious breakfast options and conveniently near the subway. The front desk staff, particularly one helpful individual, made our experience even better. The price was unbeatable, and we are definitely planning to return.

Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Despite having shared bathrooms, they were always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the subway and within walking distance of many attractions in the city. They even allowed me to have my Amazon order delivered to the hotel before my arrival, which was so convenient. the hotel had everything I needed for my two-day stay, making it a hassle-free experience.

The room I stayed in was quite small, but it was well laid out and had interesting decor. However, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and the hotel did not have any other amenities such as a bar.
