The free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise that added to our celebration. The spacious and beautiful room provided all the comfort we needed. The location in downtown was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The bed was comfortable, and though there were plenty of pillows, we were able to adjust the number to our liking. The luxurious towels were a nice touch, and it was thoughtful to provide a dark washcloth specifically for makeup removal.

We felt truly taken care of during our stay and have nothing to complain about.
