The room was so spacious and comfy with a king bed and a large sitting area. The two flat screen TVs were a nice touch and the in-room coffee was a lifesaver for a caffeine addict like me.

Personally, I found the sofa in the sitting area a bit too firm for my liking.

Great location on the town square and close to Cal State Humboldt. Walking distance to everything.

This hotel is in a great location right on the town's main square with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff are also very friendly and attentive to details. Rooms offer comfortable beds with clean linens, and the included breakfast had more fresh fruit than we expected.

Although the hotel is located in a lively area, there were some noise disturbances late at night from outside the hotel, which slightly affected our sleep. However, overall, this hotel was a great stay.

Had a decent stay this Christmas with complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Location was great with easy access to shopping and attractions. Loved the vintage decor of the hotel which added to its charm.

The beds were old and uncomfortable made us feel uneasy during the night. Shower was really tight and hard to maneuver without getting the shower curtain stuck.

I loved staying here! The location is wonderful, right in the heart of everything! I had lots of great options for bars and restaurants just steps from my room. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even found my lost phone charger for me! The room was great, lots of amenities like free toiletries and a flat-screen tv. I also appreciated the sitting area and the carpeted floor which made the room feel extra cozy.

I recently stayed at this charming old hotel in the heart of town for a weekend getaway. The excellent restoration of the hotel added to its charm. Its central location was ideal, with numerous eating establishments just a stone's throw away. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing spot-on recommendations. Plus, the adjoining sushi bar and restaurant offered amazing food and drinks.

Despite the lovely location and the hotel's many positives, I do recommend this hotel.
