Great Staff - The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions we had during our stay. The customer service was top-notch.

Lack of Information - The hotel staff seemed to be uninformed about some important events happening in the area. This lack of knowledge made it difficult for us to plan our activities properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tuscaloosa and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the Alabama sporting events, including the Coliseum for gymnastics. The hotel itself was stylish and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon at the pool, where I even had room service delivered to my lounge chair.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near a popular baseball stadium. The location was absolutely perfect for catching a game. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds and pillows. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the nice artwork on the walls near the window. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included in the price of the room. It was a great value for the food provided.

What a great Thanksgiving experience! the free cookies and hot cocoa was a lovely touch, and the complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was superb, being just a stone's throw away from all the campus events. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, especially the ones overlooking the lake.

The sleep quality suffered a bit due to the air-conditioning, which took a while to cool the room down as we arrived. the shower controls were placed inside the enclosure which made it difficult to turn on.

We stayed at Hotel Capstone for my son's graduation. The location was unbeatable, right across the street from the graduation venue. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-upgraded. The on-site restaurant had reasonable prices and the student staff was also friendly and engaging. a great experience in a convenient location.
