I definitely got my money's worth at Hotel Carlton in SF. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice armchair for relaxation. The location was spot on, close to all the touristy spots and delicious restaurants. The staff treated me like a VIP, always welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement to make it even better.

Secondly, the service at this hotel was top-notch. From the friendly staff at the 24-hour reception to the accommodating maids, everyone made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Finally, the facilities here were amazing. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a wonderful restaurant. The room amenities were fantastic as well, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff at the front desk rocked, they were so helpful with my luggage and answering all my questions. The hotel is absolutely perfect, with popular attractions and tons of amazing food spots just steps away. I felt safe enough given the location, and the service was top-notch. The staff were super helpful and friendly, I was so grateful for that. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. a fantastic experience!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the lobby was light and welcoming. We appreciated the fast wifi, and the clean and comfortable rooms. The shower/tub combo had pre-installed soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers, which we loved.

One of the best aspects was the complimentary wine service in the early evening, which was a generous gesture and a great opportunity to meet other guests.

One downside of my stay was the noise from the connecting door, as I could hear my neighbors. This was a bit annoying, especially when they slammed the doors early in the morning, waking me up.
