Despite being in a noisy area with lots of people around, the hotel was surprisingly calm and quiet. Plus, it was just in front of the theatre, so I was able to catch a show without any hassle. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff members always ready to assist. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the linens and towels were of great quality. I was impressed with the luxurious feel and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

I stayed in this place and its location is just perfect! It's situated just in front of the theatre and close to many bars and restaurants. Despite being in a very noisy area with a lot of homeless people, the hotel is quiet at night. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure my room was always well kept and stocked with fresh towels. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the TV room and free Wi-Fi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was in the middle of Union Square and within walking distance to Chinatown and the Bart station. The loft space in the room, accessed via a metal circular staircase, added a unique and stylish touch to the accommodation. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and personable. The service provided, such as room service and dry cleaning, was top-notch. The amenities in the room, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV, were great. The hotel also had a lovely water fountain just a few steps away from my room, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Although the staff were friendly, they seemed unsure about how to resolve issues such as internet speed and rewards programs. However, despite this minor setback, the overall experience at this hotel was exceptional.
