During our stay at the hotel, we were pleased with the aesthetically pleasing interior and the convenience of being close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for dining and shopping. The rooftop pool offered great views and the valet staff provided excellent service. However, we experienced some challenges with housekeeping services and communication with the staff. Overall, the price used to be worth the stay, making it a nice and clean option for accommodations in the area.

Despite some hiccups, the hotel experience was overall delightful. Fernanda and Bia made our check-in a breeze, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the hotel had a lovely clean scent. The staff, especially Erick and Laura, were super attentive and friendly. The Lavazza coffee maker was a nice touch, and the rooftop pool bar was a hit with good music and a beach shuttle available. The only downside was the lack of clarity on pool chair reservations and valet parking being the only option with additional charges.

Chic decor, friendly staff , and amazing spa treatments. Only hiccup with valet and slightly hard bed. Loved the atmosphere, wait staff, and complimentary bikes. Can't wait to return!

The staff was awesome, always smiling and helpful, the rooftop pool was amazing, especially with those heated jets for a chill time. Loved the convenience of the location too, close to loads of cool spots for dining and shopping. Unfortunately, the elevators went out for a bit one morning, which made it a little tough for my foot brace but overall no biggie, my hubby even helped some other guests with their luggage.🌟

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the resort area, with the rooftop pool and bar being a highlight. The staff provided excellent service throughout, from the front desk to the shuttle driver. However, the overwhelming smell of marijuana on the seventh floor was a downside. The location was amazing, offering a lot in the surrounding area. Beds were comfortable, and the valet service was top-notch.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and amenities. On my first stay, the staff guided me to great dining spots. This place has everything I need, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a rooftop pool, and a spa. Can't wait to be back for Easter!

Omg, the view from our room was simply breathtaking! the 🏖️ was a bit of a walk away, but totally worth it. Staff was friendly, but 🙁 no complimentary breakfast available. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel Effie is a gem! The lobby is stunning, with plenty of seating and a cool bar. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking views. The rooms have lovely decor and are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Baytown Warf, with its shops, restaurants, and live entertainment, is just steps away. We had a fantastic time as a family!

The rooftop pool was our favorite, with stunning views and sun loungers to relax in. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to help us. We loved the spa & wellness centre, which offered massages and full-body massages, and the business centre was convenient too.
