I enjoyed my stay at this lovely Victorian-themed hotel. Loved the beautiful decor and cozy room. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, my shower didn't have hot water on the second day, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect with plenty of things to do nearby and a mall just a short distance away. The outside of the hotel is nice and the view from the balcony was great. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, especially since they stay open until midnight! The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options including a pancake machine , eggs, breakfast ham, sausage, waffles. The room was clean and comfortable, and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

We stayed for three nights, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast options were handled exceptionally well considering the current circumstances. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the comfort of our room or simply grab something on the go. The spacious room provided us with ample space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's prime location allowed us to be in the heart of all the action.

This hotel is located in the heart of town with plenty of parking and places nearby to shop and eat. In fact, there's a grocery store right across the street and a discount outlet just feet away. The rooms were very comfortable and had something for the whole family to enjoy. The basic amenities were great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was less than desirable. Although there were many choices, the breakfast area was very small and poorly laid out for the number of people trying to eat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed sheets were incredible - so smooth and cool to the touch, definitely high-quality. The hotel facilities, including the indoor/outdoor pools, were top-notch. The location was perfect, right near the Tanger shopping outlet where I did some great shopping on December 26th. The breakfast was wonderful, although it was a bit crowded and I had to wait about 15 minutes for a seat. However, the staff did a fantastic job in handling the crowd and ensuring everyone was taken care of.

The pool and game room were a lot of fun, perfect for keeping the family entertained. the breakfast spread was outstanding, with friendly chefs who made delicious food. Additionally, the room was exceptionally clean, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The front desk staff was not consistently friendly, with one particular individual being rude and unhelpful. the bathroom in our room felt small and cramped, and the mattresses were uncomfortably hard.

We had a great stay at the Grand Victorian! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm, perfect for a relaxing swim. The dining room was beautiful with delicious food and attentive staff. The bed sheets were smooth and cool, a luxurious touch. And the afternoon tea and cookies were a lovely treat after a day of shopping. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Victorian for the second time. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed with their unique pen sanitizing system, where clean pens were provided for signing, and dirty ones dropped in a designated bucket. Additionally, the separate sink and mirror from the shower was a real lifesaver, especially when sharing a room with my teenage daughter. Definitely coming back!

Our recent stay at the Grand Victorian was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the spa tub. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions on the strip. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and made check-in a breeze. The continental breakfast had a great selection, although it did get crowded at times. Despite a couple of minor issues, like a slight odor in the room and a running toilet, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I just stayed one night after picking my son up from Kanakuk. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The tiny balcony was cute. The location was excellent. The staff were always pleasant. Breakfast was always delicious and hot. This is my 3rd time to stay here just this summer.
