I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is amazing, being close to two subways and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. The staff here is top-notch, especially Andrea at the front desk. She was always there to help with a smile on her face, making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered great amenities such as room service and free toiletries. this place is a great choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city. Don't hesitate to book here, you won't regret it.

The hotel had fast and efficient check-in/out process and friendly staff. the room was modern and well-equipped, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to the subway.

There were also some maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaking shower and mold. However, overall it was a great experience with a few minor issues.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for value and location. It's near 5th Avenue in NYC, in Hells Kitchen area of Manhattan, and in such a great area. The service from the staff is amazing and the rooms are modern with updated bathrooms. Plus, breakfast is included!

The bed was large and comfortable, and the TV had plenty of channels. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and felt luxurious. The staff was super nice and helpful, even fixing my jammed suitcase lock. The location was amazing, close to great places like Eataly and Madison Square Park. a great experience!

As a couple, we loved the warm welcome from Carlos, the friendly staff, and the clean and tidy room. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to both Lower Manhattan and Midtown. The subway stop right outside the front door was incredibly convenient.

The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. They even arranged a selection of fruit and champagne in our room, which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area. we had a wonderful experience here.

We had a fantastic stay at Henri New York, A Wyndham. The location was perfect, right beside Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. Our room, though small, was clean and comfortable with a spacious and spotless bathroom. The coffee was great and the USB charging points by the bedside were really convenient. We also appreciated being on a high floor away from noise, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The hotel staff, especially Melanie at the front desk, were enthusiastic and made our Super Bowl Sunday extra special. The rooftop was beautiful and Marcelo's drinks in the lobby were outstanding. we found our new favorite hotel.

While there were a few minor drawbacks like the outdated rooms and the limited lobby area, these didn't affect our overall enjoyment of our stay. However, it would have been better if the rooms were better soundproofed, as we could hear sounds from the corridor and the penthouse parties on the 18th floor.

Our last-minute honeymoon stay was absolutely fantastic! From the upgrade to the thoughtful welcome gifts, the hotel staff went above and beyond. The rooms were always clean and the internet worked perfectly. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay again!
