The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms which were serviced daily. the staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the priority given to visitors at the rooftop bar seemed to overshadow the needs of the hotel guests.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. loved the location - it was convenient and close to all the major attractions in the city.

the housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent, with our room not being serviced until late in the afternoon on one occasion. Overall though, our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time exploring the city during the holiday season.

The staff here provided outstanding service and were always willing to assist with any request I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the city views. The restaurant and bar area were also impressive, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks.

The work space provided was convenient for getting work done. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views for a relaxing nightcap. The location was great, with easy access to the West Village and downtown.
