Beautiful hotel and staff. Very loud music keeps you up all night.

The hotel had a classic and metropolitan vibe, which added a unique touch to our stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We were impressed by the gentlemen's room off the main lobby, adding a quirky and fun element to the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and a nearby metro rail. We also enjoyed the dining experience, with pleasant ambiance and attentive staff.

There were a few issues during our stay. Our room seemed to be undergoing renovations, with plastic covering the hallway carpets and some faulty fixtures.

We really loved the central location of this place! It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore all the downtown attractions and restaurants. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The staff here were amazing; they were friendly, warm, and very professional. The lobby and room were both stunning and had a relaxing ambiance. The service we received, from the valet to the front desk to the security guard, was outstanding. We also enjoyed the delicious flatbread in the lobby restaurant. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town.

The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were helpful. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. I also enjoyed the well-equipped gym.

The front desk service could be more hospitable and attentive. There was some noise at night from a nearby rooftop bar.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Houston, with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance, including The Grove restaurant near the Convention Center. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a massive jetted tub that's perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is included in the price.

This was a delightful self-care getaway for me, and my stay at Hotel Icon, Autograph Collection was truly unforgettable. The check-in staff were incredibly friendly, the room had a romantic ambiance, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room service exceeded my expectations, particularly the French Toast which was some of the best I've ever had. The comfortable bed and pillows, along with the luxurious tub and shower, made it a truly enjoyable experience. I also loved the boutique feel of the rooms and the valet service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel was beautifully designed, with a luxurious and spacious bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and an oversized shower stall with incredible water pressure. The location was convenient, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there were chandeliers in the hotel that impressed our granddaughter. The rooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water and fast, free WiFi were provided.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this place! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly in the parking area. The grand main floor was breathtaking, and it only got better from there. Our room was beautifully crafted, with a whirlpool tub and a comfortable king-size bed. The AC was cold and there was no noise from anywhere. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the downtown attractions. The service was top-notch, from the valet to the front desk to the security guard. Special shout-outs to Ramiro in Valet, Rita at the front desk, and Manuelita and Maria in the waitstaff. We can't wait to come back!

Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The concierge was quick to help us with a special circumstance on Friday night, which we are very grateful for. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of restaurants nearby. Despite the construction outside, the room was quiet and cozy. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast offered lots of fresh fruit and the shower had an abundance of hot water. I would suggest this hotel for anyone needing to be in the downtown area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is wonderful, right in the downtown of this city and within walking distance to all downtown attractions and many restaurants. The building itself is historic and the new decor adds a touch of elegance. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the fitness center where there were only three to begin with. The staff at reception, car park, bar, and restaurant were all friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast provided was delicious.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby area that was nicely decorated and inviting. the staff members were very friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. It was clear that they had high hiring standards, as every individual we interacted with was professional and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were cozy and aesthetically pleasing, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were not up to standard. the bed in our room was quite stiff, and the sheets and comforter were not very comfortable.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - it's close to The Grove restaurant in downtown and to many restaurants and bars, as well as being in the historic district. We were able to enjoy the best bars and nightlife! The staff were amazing, from Ramiro in Valet to Rita at the front desk and Manuelita and Maria in waitstaff, we were treated truly well. The leisure spa & wellness centre was great too! We had a full body massage and some beauty treatments which were really relaxing.

Would recommend this place to all friends and family!
