This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had great facilities, including a nice coffee selection and a fantastic shower. We really appreciated the fruit water available downstairs, where we could easily grab a glass. The location was perfect, being walking distance to the nightlife and restaurants in downtown, and also near the Capitol.

The Hotel Indigo in Austin is a lovely boutique hotel with excellent amenities. The bed and pillows were heavenly, and the shower was fantastic. The location is convenient for exploring downtown Austin, and the mini fridge in the room was a nice surprise. The decor is creative and lively, and the bar downstairs is a great spot for a nightcap.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, Juanita, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also had great service from Jose at the bar, who was always friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and organized, and our room was comfortable with a nice bed. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown and close to the Austin Resource Center of the Homeless. Additionally, we felt safe with the gated garage and easy access to the lobby.

One downside of this hotel was the valet parking. It was quite expensive at $35 per night and there was no option for self-parking.

The pool was amazing and had a great bar. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when our room was not ready for check-in. And the location was perfect for exploring downtown Austin. Although the room didn't have a refrigerator, it was otherwise comfortable and clean. I had a great stay at Indigo.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent pillows. The staff, especially Karl at the front desk, were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had, including a late checkout. The hotel is in a great location, close to all downtown attractions, and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the city center and in an area that was bustling with activity at night. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the Keurig setup in the room and the fact that breakfast was included.
