The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The layout/design was modern and comfortable. The windows were large. The location was convenient. The view was good. The hanging chairs were enjoyable. The couch in the lobby was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was right in the middle of downtown, making it easy for us to walk to all the great bars, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The hotel had clean and well-maintained facilities, including a wonderful pool area with stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

The night swimming experience at Indigo was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the warm arid night while taking a refreshing dip in the pool. Plus, the drinks were reasonably priced given the venue. The check-in staff promptly addressed my room preference and provided me with a stunning room with a view. I highly recommend Indigo based on my friend's recommendation and my own enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back in the future.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect - right in the heart of downtown surrounded by beautiful historic buildings. The staff provided exceptional service including room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. My room had all the amenities I needed, including comfortable seating area and terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also had a fabulous restaurant and bar with friendly staff. The swimming pool and spa lounge were excellent spots for relaxation.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a special occasion and I was blown away by the value for my money. The room was modern and comfortable, with a fantastic rain shower that made me feel like I was in a spa. The hotel is located in a beautiful downtown area, and the staff treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived. They even sent a delicious dessert to our room to celebrate my birthday!

The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better would be to offer a wider variety of options.

The hotel's décor represents the Juarez region, while the restaurant and bar offer a lovely atmosphere with nightly live music. The staff provides exceptional customer service.
