I had a great stay at Hotel Indigo Brickell! Stayed for a week for a family vacation. The hotel had a perfect location, close to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and always ready to assist. Despite being out of season, the hotel felt spacious. Breakfast was adequate, and we even shared three portions among four of us. The highlight was being upgraded to a suite with a better view and a lounge for breakfast. The price was reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area and a large shower room. The mirror above the wash basin had a convenient backlight, which was great for applying makeup. The service staff, including the cleaning people, were incredibly helpful and obliging whenever I needed something. I also loved the comfortable bed and the amazing breakfast at the Mosaico, which was definitely one of the best I've had. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as the staff were unhelpful and incredibly slow. However, this small issue did not overshadow the other positive aspects of the hotel.

Although the walls are thin and sound can carry, I still had a comfortable stay. Overall I would recommend Indigo for its great location and value.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The service staff were helpful and always available when I needed assistance.

There was no laundry service available during my stay and I couldn't find a nearby laundromat. I had to resort to washing my clothes in the wash basin, but the stopper didn't hold the water.

The hotel also had a stunning pool area, which was the perfect spot for reading and even doing some yoga. I was pleasantly surprised to find computers easily available for check-in flights and printing information. Another great aspect was the Aveda toiletry products provided in the rooms. the hotel was in a great location and I was able to walk to the nearby Brickell City Center.

During my stay, the only things that stood out to me were the delicious breakfast and the wonderful heated pool. I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
