The friendly and professional staff, from the front desk to the restaurants, addressed all of my requests and needs right away. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows had just the right firmness for a restful sleep. Everything felt new and clean, and the fluffy and absorbent towels added a touch of luxury to my stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with great cafes, diners, and restaurants nearby.
