I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were stylish and well-maintained. The hotel's decor, especially the lighting, was impressive. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff, particularly Ruben, was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast at Alva restaurant was a pleasant surprise compared to other cafes. The boutique style and the incorporation of the original bank areas added a unique touch to the hotel's ambiance. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Additionally, the location near the Prudential Center was a definite advantage.

The hotel had a great atmosphere with its modern styling and unique location in an old office building. the friendly welcome from the reception staff was a refreshing change. the hotel's proximity to the railway station, just a 6-minute walk away, was very convenient.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast option was simple and not very tasty.

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities in the area. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed in my room.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the reading lights attached to the bed didn't work, which was a bit disappointing.

The free Wi-Fi was a bonus that kept us connected throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

This place is a hidden gem! I loved the modern yet historic feel of the building. The view from my room was fantastic, and the location was perfect - right in between downtown and uptown. I was able to easily go shopping and get my nails done in the same day. The vibe of the area was great, and I felt safe walking around, even at night. The staff here were exceptional, especially Gerry. They were very nice and professional. I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing to dislike.

Located conveniently near the airport, Newark Penn station, and Main Street, this hotel made for the perfect quick stop on our backpacking adventure. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern, and the staff provided impeccable service. Breakfast was tasty and abundant. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and clean facilities.

There were some minor maintenance issues with the shower leaking, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.
