Lovely surprise at check-in, we were greeted with a complimentary beer even though we missed the free beer tasting. The lobby had a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The adjacent restaurant offered incredible meat dishes. Great location close to a fantastic bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of downtown. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for my money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. I had a room with a great view of the bustling street below. It was fascinating to people-watch and see the city come to life.

While there were some minor areas that could be improved, overall my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Staying here was a great experience. I loved the central location which allowed me to easily reach all the places I wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The room service was fantastic and the amenities provided in the room were top-notch. The in-room coffee and tea facilities were a nice touch and helped me relax after a long day. I really enjoyed the happy hour where I met some other guests and we had a great time. The facilities were outstanding, especially the fitness centre which had everything I needed to stay active.

This place comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location next to Westlake station was perfect for easy access to transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor. The hotel provided a variety of toiletries, including Lather brand products, and even had provisions for vegetarians and vegans. They also offered packed breakfasts for guests on the go.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was prime, with easy access to various attractions in the city. I especially enjoyed going for runs starting and ending at the hotel, as there were plenty of good routes to choose from. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant next door offered great food, and I couldn't get enough of their delicious breakfast parfait. The hotel's unique style added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the option to earn credit towards the minibar by opting out of housekeeping. Additionally, the morning coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, although I wished they had larger cups.

There was nothing not to love about this hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, and the bathrooms were a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. the hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. Plus, the rooms were nicely decorated and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

One major disappointment was the lack of consideration for my allergy request. Despite prior communication, I was given pillows with feathers not once, but twice.

The hotel had a central location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the hotel had cool art and a fitness room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Max for a quick work trip and had an amazing experience. The front desk agent, Kate, went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth transition to another hotel downtown. The valet, Mohamed, was incredibly helpful and made our stay extra special. The front desk staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars, including the Butchers Table, which was amazing. The hotel location was central, the bed was comfortable, and the complementary craft beer hour was a nice touch.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
