Excellent customer service from Maria at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful, especially after my surgery. The location was convenient, with a strip mall nearby for dining and shopping. The morning buffet had a great selection of food and a nice outdoor seating area. The pool area was clean and perfect for relaxing. Despite a couple of issues in the room, the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was good overall. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mdr - A Doubletree by Hilton. the location is perfect, just a short walk to shopping and bus stops. the heated pool was a highlight, and the check-in process was smooth. We were welcomed with delicious cookies and bottles of water. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We loved having a balcony to enjoy the California sunshine in privacy. the staff at reception, especially the lovely lady named Rosio, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel also had a convenient filtered water refill station in the lobby, which was a great perk for travelers. great value for money and plenty of dining and shopping options in the neighborhood.
