The historic renovations were impressive, we loved the character of the building. the location was perfect for our New Year's celebrations as we were within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, they even offered us a complimentary breakfast.

That the room was a bit noisy, you could hear some street noise. the cleaning fee was a bit pricey compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to all the attractions in town. Just a short walk down the alley, and you'll find yourself surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff is always ready to assist you and ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, which is a perfect way to start your day. The views from the room overlook the bustling streets, adding to the charm of the hotel.

The lack of individual cooling units in the rooms can be quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer months.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always on hand to assist with any needs. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and lovely bedding. The shower had plenty of room and good water pressure. The hotel itself had a mix of old and modern elements, with unique architecture and decor, along with modern amenities like a fitness room. The location was great, in a nice area that was quiet with lots of parking available.

The building has a rich historical significance and exudes charm. The lobby and front desk area are beautifully maintained, creating a great first impression. The room I stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a roll-in shower that was convenient. I was delighted to find ample hot water for my showers, which was a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated the option to prepare meals in the room if needed.

Additionally, there was an issue with the bathtub not draining properly, leaving me standing in a few inches of water while showering. Lastly, there were some stains on the bed cover that could have been washed out, though I only noticed them the following morning.

Great downtown location with comfortable and modern rooms. Beautiful lobby and rooftop deck with stunning views of the city. Within walking distance of a historic mansion. Enjoyable stay and will definitely return. Limited hours for cafe but it looked nice.

This venue is absolutely luxurious! From the exclusive amenities to the stunning sun terrace, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff and a relaxing leisure room with plenty of TV options. Our room had exclusive advantages, including comfortable bedding and modern facilities. The restaurant served delicious food and we were able to enjoy a lovely picnic in the beautiful outdoor area. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with plenty of activities nearby.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the temperature control in the room, but this was easily remedied with help from the helpful staff. Despite this, the quality of our stay was not compromised and we still enjoyed the luxurious experience at this hotel.
