I booked the hotel while on a road trip to get a rescue dog in MN. The room was beautiful, with amazing decor throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bartenders at the cocktail bar made great drinks. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown entertainment venues and Falls Park. Free parking was a bonus. We will definitely stay again.

I stayed at Hotel On Phillips for a weekend getaway and loved the unique blend of old and new. The building's aesthetics, including the bank vault, were captivating. The location was perfect, right in downtown Sioux Falls, allowing us to easily walk to various attractions and restaurants. The room, although small due to the building's renovation, was still very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues. The comfortable bed, great shower, and robes provided a touch of luxury. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

There were a few things that were disappointing about our stay. the TV system was out during the weekend we were there, which was quite inconvenient.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the welcoming ambiance of the hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. the location was also a major plus, with easy access to various entertainment venues and the beautiful Falls Park. Additionally, the free parking downtown was a fantastic perk.

There were a couple of things that could be improved upon during my stay. the lighting in the room was quite poor, with no bedside lamps and only overhead lighting on a dimmer.
