I recently stayed at Hotel Renovo for a second time and it remains one of my favorite places to stay. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I appreciated that there were many places to enjoy a cocktail, so the lobby didn't feel like a bar. Our poolside room was a great choice, allowing us quick access back to our room. The hotel has a unique and clean look, and despite there being children in the pool, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room service options were great.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the classy, modern chic farm style of this hotel. The spacious lobby with the hip bar and seating area immediately caught my attention. My king-bed room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with a small couch, oversized ottoman, flatscreen TV, desk, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The bathroom was also impressive, featuring a large glass shower, a separate toilet room, and a spacious vanity. I particularly appreciated the digital thermostat that allowed me to adjust the room temperature precisely to my liking.

Although I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, the airy atmosphere and the yummy-smelling hot breakfast buffet caught my attention. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.

We got so much value for our money at this hotel! The rooms were amazing - clean, comfortable, and even came with robes and slippers. The staff treated us so well and the location was convenient.

The breakfast selection could be improved by including it in the rate.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Renovo for a weekend getaway and we had a fantastic experience! The newly renovated decor was lovely, with charming holiday decorations throughout the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with a stunning bathroom that had great toiletries and motion-activated lighting. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we slept like a rock. Having a lounge and dinner options on-site was a convenient bonus. We also appreciated the pool policy that restricted kids under 16 in the last hour, allowing for a peaceful swim and soak in the hot tub.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel has amazing facilities like a friendly airport shuttle, clean rooms, fancy amenities, a nice restaurant and breakfast, swimming pool. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night.

During our stay at this hotel in Urbandale, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room. The location was fabulous, right off the lobby/dining room area where we had the opportunity to experience a party one night and a wedding/reception the next. The staff were outstanding, always ensuring that we had whatever we needed. The pool was a wonderful addition and we especially enjoyed spending New Year's Day by the pool.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were okay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. the rooms were immaculate and the hotel staff were very accommodating. the location was also convenient, with easy access to downtown Des Moines. Another advantage was the affordable price compared to other hotels in the area.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. First, I was disappointed that there were only two bikes available to rent.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, surpassing our expectations. The hotel's decor was tastefully done, and we loved the close proximity to The Machine Shed restaurant. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. a wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel like old friends. We enjoyed a delicious martini served by Conor, who also engaged us in interesting conversations. The hotel had abundant parking and the bathroom in our room was stunning, with great toiletries and motion-activated light. The bed was amazingly comfortable, even better than our own Tempur-Pedic at home. We also appreciated the hotel's close proximity to The Machine Shed restaurant and the fact that kids under 16 were not allowed in the pool area during the last hour.

I particularly loved the rooms with balconies, as they provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a great perk, ensuring a good start to the day.
