I absolutely loved my stay at this charming hotel! The Christmas decorations added such a nostalgic touch to my trip, bringing back memories from when I used to work here many years ago. The view from our window overlooking the front and the star on Mill Mountain was simply breathtaking. From the friendly front desk to the helpful doormen and the wonderful staff in the parking lot booth, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The spa services were fantastic and the location near the train and downtown area was perfect. The combination of old world elegance and modern amenities made our room a delightful place to relax. The bathroom was spacious and the in-room dining and breakfast buffet were delicious. The customer service was exceptional and I can't wait to come back for a longer stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast options. Although the overall experience was great, it would have been nice to have more variety and choices for breakfast.

Lovely experience. The Hotel Roanoke is an exception. Beautiful building, impressive meal. Excellent customer service with a comfortable, attractive room. The pillows and blankets are down and extremely comfortable. Walk-in shower was amazing. Pool was closed, but the hot tub was open. The pub was great, definitely recommend the BBQ sliders. AC works great. Very nice room. Staff was very nice. Would stay again.

This hotel has great proximity to the downtown area, the farmers market, and Center in the Square. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, and the breakfast buffet is quite good. Some rooms have a great view of the city, and the hotel's old-world charm is impressive.

The massage therapists at the Hotel Roanoke were incredibly professional and accommodating. Even though our room was too small for the massage tables, they worked together with my husband to make it work. the experience was great and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a light sleeper, I was delighted by the quietness of the rooms at Hotel Roanoke. The comfortable and luxurious rooms provided a restful night's sleep, away from any noise disturbances.
