I always return for Easter. Kind staff helped me find tasty food nearby. With 24/7 reception, Wi-Fi, pool, and flat-screen TV, I have all I need. Continental breakfast, A/C, and non-smoking rooms make it perfect. I have no regrets.

During my stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness and quiet ambience of the hotel. the location in the heart of the French Quarter made it convenient to stroll to popular spots like Bourbon Street and Canal Street. Additionally, the staff was responsive to any issues I encountered, promptly addressing concerns with the AC and relocating me when needed.

The location is excellent, close to attractions. The rooms are modern and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast bar are great amenities. Zen feeling in room #303.

The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. Guests enjoy being close to the St. Louis Cathedral and other tourist spots. The Deluxe Queen room offers plenty of space and is clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Additionally, the pool is a great place to relax and cool off during the hot summer days.

The online check-in process and the issue with the key pad at the front door caused some inconvenience for guests upon arrival. Some guests also mentioned a musty smell in the building, which is understandable considering the location in the French Quarter.

This hotel is in a great location! You can walk to almost everything, it's close to many highly-rated restaurants, and the staff is extremely helpful. Plus, the hotel has a rustic feel that adds to the New Orleans charm.

My stay at Hotel St Helene was delightful. The modern style room had a charming rustic feel, creating a cozy atmosphere. I loved the fluffy white bedding and the couch on a slightly raised level. It was the perfect space to relax after a long day of exploring. The courtyard view from the room was stunning, and I enjoyed sitting at the tables outside with my laptop. The pool was also a great feature, welcoming and refreshing. Despite the old building, the room was well-maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, assisting us with our luggage up to the second floor. I appreciated their attentiveness throughout my stay. I had an amazing time at Hotel St Helene and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great water pressure in showers and fantastic location with easy access to attractions and diverse dining options. Loved the fact that the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the bags check availability made city trips hassle-free.

The room ac did not function correctly, and the hot air blowing from the ac was a significant setback. the noise level from the corridor and the lack of a soundproof seal on the room door, made sleeping a challenge.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accessible facilities and amenities at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and understanding of my needs.
