the room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered privacy and a beautiful view. the staff, especially the lovely woman at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They showed great patience, especially with guests who had special needs like myself. the breakfast was delicious, and the people serving it were kind and attentive. it felt like a luxury home with excellent customer service.

I recently attended a seminar in Tucson and stayed at a hotel that was a great choice for young people like me. The hotel is conveniently located near the seminar venue, making it easy and hassle-free to attend the sessions. The hotel is in the first phase of being renovated, so the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also had a nice pool where we could relax after a long day of seminars. it was a pleasant stay.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was not very reliable.

We had a fantastic one-night getaway at the Hotel Tucson City Center, Ascend. Our room, although slightly dusty with a few dog hairs, was clean and comfortable. The balcony provided a nice touch, and the parking was excellent. The staff, despite a small hiccup at check-in, were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the lobby was inviting, and having coffee and water available all day was a convenient perk. The breakfast room was bright, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast. an exceptional stay with lovely staff.

One thing that stood out to me was the beautifully maintained grass and trees in the courtyard, making it a perfect place for families and dog owners. the hotel also offers fantastic amenities like a pool, volleyball court, and comfortable seating areas. the location is convenient, with the historic district and downtown entertainment nearby.

We had a great stay at City Center, Ascend Hotel Collection in downtown! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the hotel is beautifully decorated and located in a quiet corner, but still within walking distance to downtown and the university. Our room had a balcony, which was a big plus for us as we enjoy fresh air. the furniture, including a divan with a table, made it comfortable to work or relax. the breakfast served hot food like eggs and toast, and the coffee was delicious. We loved the cute breakfast room with a view of the patio. the room was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of outlets and work spaces.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tucson for a couple of nights. The staff at this hotel, City Center, Ascend Hotel Collection, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The room I booked was a large double Queen and it was spacious and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and the large TV was a bonus. I loved having a balcony that overlooked the pool area, and the lobby was really pretty. The location was convenient for me, and overall, I was very happy with my stay based on the price I paid.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the old gem of a hotel that is being restored to its former glory. The renovations were fantastic, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The rooms offered a great view of the pool area, and the security was top-notch. We were grateful that the hotel was pet-friendly and that they were so accommodating to us and our animal. The fireworks show from the king suite was also quite impressive. the entire staff, including the front desk, were amazing, making our stay truly enjoyable.
