As a guest visiting Umass for a university function, I found Hotel Umass to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The lobby was above average and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The on-site parking was very convenient and the location was perfect for exploring the campus. The beds were comfortable and the room had a cozy atmosphere once we adjusted the thermostat. The hotel also offered a convenient breakfast option, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially if you're visiting the University of Massachusetts. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Despite the smaller size, the rooms are quiet, well-decorated, and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the beds were comfortable and the shower had great lighting and water pressure. I also appreciated the environmentally friendly amenities, such as refillable water bottles.

The room itself was a bit small and the furniture felt like it belonged in a dorm room. There weren't enough outlets, especially near the desk, which made it difficult to use a laptop.

What a great Christmas stay! the location was perfect - right near the university campus with lots of options for dining nearby. the staff were fantastic, offering complimentary breakfast and cookies at check-in. the room was clean and spacious with a stunning view of the surrounding area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi which had good speeds.

Our room was quite stuffy and lacked a fan on the AC unit to provide some white noise for sleeping at night. the bathroom lighting was poor.

Convenient location for visiting Umass. Helpful staff, good quality breakfast options, and clean rooms. On-campus feel without the bustle. Would stay again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they've paid attention to every detail. We had an amazing room with a kitchenette and fantastic views over the entire campus. The breakfast was perfect - steel cut oatmeal and local pastries were delicious.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we had a lot of activities around the campus area. We were able to get to almost everything we were doing in a timely manner. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, just like in the reviews. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we loved the modern amenities. The shower pressure was great, and we enjoyed how environmentally friendly everything was.

We did have some trouble adjusting the A/C, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.
