Quaint Charm in the Heart of the City

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city, I was pleasantly surprised by its unique atmosphere. The antique building exuded a sense of history, and the giant window in my room provided a delightful view.

Perfect location! the hotel is just a short walk from the BART station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. Plus, there are plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants in the surrounding area. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the clean and comfortable rooms, providing a cozy ambiance for our romantic escape.

The only drawback was the noise from the street outside, but it wasn't too bothersome and added to the lively atmosphere. it would have been helpful if there was clearer information about pet-friendly floors, as we have allergies and would have preferred a pet-free room.

Amazing gem on the cable car line

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in an amazing location in the city. The front-facing room offered a breathtaking view of the cable car line, which my kids absolutely loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and the recently updated room decor added a modern touch. The shower pressure was great, something that can be hit or miss in older buildings. Plus, the hotel provided a water pouch and filtered water dispenser, a thoughtful touch. Despite some noise from the cable cars, the overall experience was well worth it.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the central location of this hotel. It was perfect for experiencing the essence of the city, with easy access to Powell Street, trolley rides, shops, restaurants. The hotel itself is small and welcoming, with spacious rooms that have all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the coffee facilities in the room and the complimentary coffee in the foyer each morning. The evening wine tastings were a nice touch too. The hotel's decor is tastefully restrained, with great artworks throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. it was a great value hotel in an excellent position.

Felt more than at home, no complaint.

The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, as well as the wine reception in the evening.

The room was small and basic, lacking some amenities such as a minibar. the noise from the street, especially the cable cars and traffic, made it difficult to sleep.

Convenient location, close to Powell Street Cable Cars and BART. Comfortable, clean room with a large, comfy bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touch with complimentary coffee in the mornings and wine with music in the evenings. Walking distance to Union Square and a variety of restaurants.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It's in the heart of the city, close to everything, with the cable car right outside. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. I loved the makeup remover wipes in the bathroom and the mini fridge in the nightstand. The restaurants nearby, like the one in the hotel, offer excellent dining options too.

The walls seem to be a bit thin, so you might hear some outside noise.

I loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the bustling and interesting Union Square area. It was so convenient to have the Powell-Mason cable car right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore not only the main tourist spots in this city but also other parts of San Fran as well. The hotel was also within walking distance to many cool spots, so I had the option to either walk or take transportation. The cleanliness of the room and facilities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was also really nice and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Almost perfect. The only small gripe I had was that the decor in the hotel was a bit dark, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Transportation links were also great, allowing for easy travel throughout the city.

Transportation: The hotel is easily accessible and well-connected to most places of interest in the city. Local transportation options, such as the Muni bus and streetcar, make it convenient to explore the area. Cleanliness: The room at the hotel was very clean, providing a comfortable stay. It even came with a coffee maker, and the hotel offered unlimited coffee every morning in the lobby area. Guests could also enjoy a complimentary wine reception in the evenings, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the bustling and interesting area with the Powell-mason cable car just outside. The staff, especially Reuben and Jewel, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great advice on things to do and where to go for food and visits.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of breakfast options.

This place has a great location within the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city by rail way. It is located right in Union Square, in a vibrant area with lots of shops, restaurants and tourist spots nearby. The staff accommodated my request for a late check-out, and both Receptionists were service-minded and helpful. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the clean facilities.

I highly recommend this venue to friends.
