I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated right on the River Walk, and conveniently close to all the attractions. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the nearby taverns, restaurants, theaters, and shops. The hotel's interiors were stunning, with a beautiful design that caught my eye. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members at every turn. From the valet to the concierge to the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the added amenities like in-room coffee and tea, and the complementary continental breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices.

This hotel is ideally situated on the River Walk, with a great location to all the attractions of the city. Rooms are kept very clean and come with comfortable mattresses, while some even have a Riverwalk view or balcony. Breakfast is included, which is an added bonus. One detail from the reviews: The staff is polite and welcoming, with helpful doormen who go out of their way to offer assistance.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and treated me like family. They always greeted me with a smile, opened the door for me, and made sure to ask about my day. They even offered me a free bottle of water on hot days. The location of the hotel is amazing - right on the Riverwalk, close to the Alamo, and within walking distance to everything. It was so convenient to explore this city and enjoy the beautiful Christmas decorations along the Riverwalk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail made our stay at Valencia Riverwalk memorable. The tastefully decorated river view room on a high floor was both beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to the attractions but in a quieter area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel. a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing margarita and friendly staff. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore all the major attractions on foot, starting our riverwalk right from the hotel. Our stylish and spacious room had a beautiful view of the river, and the comfortable bed made it difficult to leave. The feng shui design created a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. We also enjoyed delicious egg benedict on spinach for breakfast. a fantastic experience!

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful check-in desk staff. The bellhop/valet guys were also great, offering assistance without being pushy. The rooms were nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel is excellent for downtown events.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and always available to help. They even went out of their way to fulfill my request for an electric kettle and delivered it to my room within minutes. The bed in my room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice with great amenities. The hotel also had a room safe for my valuables, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the main attractions and the riverwalk.

This hotel did not have a pool. While they did have a spot to lounge around in the sun, it would have been nice to have a pool to cool off in during the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast options in the lobby were limited to rolls, scones, and coffee. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of breakfast items to choose from. the lack of a pool and limited breakfast options were the only downsides to my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, as all attractions are easily accessible by walking. It is situated right on the riverwalk, and the Alamo is only a short walk away. There are a lot of historic architecture and excellent views of the city. Moreover, the in-room amenities are excellent, the bedding and linens are comfortable, creating a relaxing environment in the room.

Some guests reported a poor experience with the housekeeping staff, and room service orders were not handled well.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and I must say, it was a completely satisfying experience. This place is located within walking distance of many attractions around the city, and yet it was on the quiet end of the Riverwalk, which made it very peaceful. The service room service was exceptional, and the staff in assisting with my family emergency situation went above and beyond. The room amenities were great, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Additionally, the leisure spa & wellness centre made for a very relaxing stay. All in all, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The magnificent customer service and the great location allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Whether you are traveling alone or with family, I believe this hotel has everything to suit your needs.

During my Easter stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the complementary chocolate and the amazing turn down service. The location was perfect as it was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did not appreciate the noise levels from the street which affected my sleep. Moreover, the check-in process took longer than expected which was frustrating.
