As someone who enjoys being in direct touch with nature, I loved the intimate and personal atmosphere of the property. The sitting garden above the wooded area was a lovely setting. The extensive breakfast, prepared by Anthony, included a variety of nutritious options, including a main casserole, scrambled eggs. The daily wine and cheese event from 5-7 pm was a highlight, with a huge array of appetizers. The common space provided opportunities for conversation with other guests about their adventures in the area. Myra, who checked us in, was gracious and helpful, attending to any room concerns. The southern gate of Yosemite National Park was just a 25-minute drive away, allowing for easy access to explore.

Felt totally at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The place was quite convenient for our stay in California, close to everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds in the garden. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the stream. However, the bathroom was dated, and the shower needed attention. The staff did their best to accommodate us but were overwhelmed during breakfast, with limited seating and food options.

The decor was outdated and lacked the charm we saw in the pictures we found of the hotel online.

We had an amazing time at this venue. The location is perfect, right near the entrance of the park making it easy to access. The service here was unbeatable, from the welcome drink to the staff providing information and recommendations, we couldn't have given better service. Our room was so comfortable, equipped with heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, dining table. We also appreciated the free wi-fi and the continental breakfast, which had a large variety of options.

In addition to that, this place has a leisure jacuzzi which was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of hiking. The garden area was also very peaceful and the library had many board games to choose from.

We also appreciated the unlimited beverages, including coffee, tea, soda, and water.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the room did not match the pictures advertised, lacking necessary storage space for our belongings.
