The staff at Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa were incredibly attentive and observant during our stay. They anticipated our needs and were quick to refill drinks and clear plates. The amenities were exceptional, especially the lighted makeup mirror which was a lifesaver. They truly thought of everything.

The bedroom was quite dark due to extensive landscaping for privacy. The bar food offerings were limited and expensive.

Great location, excellent staff, wonderful gardens and leisure facilities, fantastic service, friendly families.

The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and showed great initiative. The reception, Olivette, and The Bar staff provided excellent service. The Christmas decorations were wonderful, creating a festive atmosphere. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with abundant plantings. The lobby was grand and impressive, resembling an English stately home. The gym facilities were top-notch, with plenty of equipment and helpful trainers. The center court cafe offered delicious and reasonably priced meals. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the attentive service at the hotel. the staff were always available to assist and were incredibly friendly. the fitness center was a highlight for me as a fitness enthusiast, with a wide range of top, of, the, line equipment that made my workouts enjoyable. Additionally, the pools were stunning and a perfect place to relax and unwind.

There were a couple of small negatives during my stay. I felt that the self, parking charge was excessive and should have been included in the overall cost of the stay.

Abundant plantings hide architecture. Spectacular lobby with English Stately Home vibe. Accommodated my bed request. Close to pools and amazing gym. Best hotel gym. Great cafe in gym. Polite staff. Clean rooms. Helpful e-concierge. Friendly receptionist. Lots of facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Atmospheric bar with lovely food. Large and comfortable room. Complimentary lounge with drinks and snacks.

Checkout process could be smoother.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient access to three pools, including a slide that our grandson absolutely adored. The Concierge floor provided a range of delicious food and drinks throughout the day, perfect for satisfying hungry little ones. The spa massages were a great way to relax after a day of activities. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We are already considering making this an annual trip.

Felt exceptional, no complaints.

My Thanksgiving was absolutely perfect! the staff members were so friendly and accommodating. the hotel was ideally located near great shopping and local restaurants. the welcome basket with complimentary snacks and drinks was such a kind gesture. the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the nearby mall which was so convenient and saved us on transportation costs. We loved the comfortable and clean rooms with amazing views of the city.

The only drawback was the limited dining options onsite. We had to go out of the hotel for our meals as the restaurant was overpriced and overrated.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a serene and picturesque setting. Located in the uptown area, this venue offers an escape from the noisy hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's beautiful grounds, surrounded by abundant plantings, create a tranquil atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a forest oasis right in the middle of Houston.

The Houstonian Hotel Club And Spa offers a great location with a cafe at the gym, where you can enjoy a coffee next to the window overlooking more pretty greenery. It is also conveniently located close to shops and restaurants in a major metropolitan area. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Guests can also take advantage of the excellent spa facilities and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the in-house restaurant.

One negative aspect is that the online reservation system could be improved, with pop-up ads appearing during the cancellation process.

This hotel's location in the center of a metro area with surrounding glass buildings is fantastic. It's like a hidden oasis in the middle of a bustling city, tucked away in a wonderful wooded area. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with meticulous room cleaning and attention to detail. The hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the amazing gym and pools. The staff is polite and the service is quick, making me feel valued at the highest level. The on-site spa and club are definitely a plus.
