The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with everything looking brand new after a recent remodeling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was conveniently located off the freeway.

We stayed at a hotel in Arcata over Christmas and there were a couple of positive aspects to our experience. Firstly, the room we stayed in was nice and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient for us as it was close to the places we wanted to visit. Lastly, we enjoyed the full breakfast that was offered, it was a decent start to our day.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. One of the main issues was the rudeness of the staff.

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and we had easy access to multiple electrical outlets. The local photos on the walls added a nice touch to the room. The staff, especially Adam, was incredibly welcoming and funny. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff kept everything clean. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained and the perfect temperature. this hotel provided a great experience and we will definitely be back.

We had a great 5-day stay at Comfort Inn! The motel was clean and well-run with reasonable rates. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were especially clean. We loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day of exploring, and the full breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff were friendly and efficient, and having laundry facilities on-site was a bonus. We'll definitely be back on our next trip!
