As low-budget travelers, we were impressed by the affordable rates of this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the retro decor added a unique touch to our stay.

The room at the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom was also a good size. The breakfast room had a good selection of food, although it was a bit small. The location of the hotel was convenient, right off I40, making it easy to find and access.

The receptionist was not attentive when we arrived and gave us wrong directions to our room. the walls in our room were stained and the sheets had stains as well.

Unsere geräumigen Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und das Badezimmer war schön groß. Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Wir genossen auch den kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang und die Möglichkeit, ins Festnetz zu telefonieren. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the highway made it easy to access and get around the area. It was also a great value for the price, offering affordability without compromising on comfort.

One of the negative aspects was the unfriendly attitude of the staff at the front desk. They seemed unenthusiastic and unhelpful, which affected the overall customer service experience.

I had a great stay at Howard Johnson. The location was ideal, with scenic views from my room. The price was affordable and the overall experience was decent. The hotel had a workout room with treadmills, perfect for staying in shape. They also had an unheated indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was more than just continental, with donuts and coffee available. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Although the room was clean, there were a few issues. The tub drained slowly and the toilet ran every 10 minutes, which was a bit bothersome.

The room truly felt like a home away from home, which was a welcome retreat after a long drive. the ease of checking in and the welcoming staff made me feel right at home. the overall cleanliness of the entire property, especially the rooms, was impressive. Additionally, the convenience of easy access right off the freeway, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the bed could have been softer, I still slept like a baby. the strong chlorine smell in the pool area could be a bit overwhelming, but I understand that it's necessary for a public pool.

The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained, which was important to me as a mom traveling with a child. We also enjoyed a quick swim in the crowded indoor pool. the property owners clearly care about their facility and put money back into it.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be problematic for guests who require ground floor rooms. Additionally, the front desk staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming.

This was my second time staying at Howard Johnson and it was a great experience once again. We had reserved 3 rooms for our group and the friendly lady at the desk was able to accommodate our request and put us in three rooms right beside each other. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed including a microwave, fridge, and TV. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the amazing Bienvenidos Restaurant. The staff here really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location for visiting Petrified Forest. Spacious suite, good shower pressure, comfortable beds. Linens satisfactory, but friend with high standards disagreed. Town's Italian restaurant highly recommended.
