We had a great stay at Howard Johnson! the room was clean and the bed was just the right firmness. We appreciated the option for housekeeping during our stay. the location is fantastic, just a short drive from the Westfield mall with plenty of stores. And there are lots of dining options nearby, including a VONS grocery store, Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC. the recently renovated rooms had a chic and modern style, and we loved the added amenities like the refrigerator and microwave. a wonderful experience!

My recent stay at Howard Johnson was great. I was in San Diego for business and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was perfect, within walking distance to various dining options, Rite Aid, and Ralph's. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed. The hotel was also very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff was nice and provided excellent service. it was a pleasant stay.

They were responsive to every request we made, including accommodating our early morning check-in, which was important for work. the room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. the hotel's location near the entrance was perfect for us, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. If we return to this area, we would definitely choose to stay at Howard Johnson again.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable with a king size bed and they even had fridges in the rooms. The location was fantastic, with plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and treated me well.

The hotel had a great location with plenty of nearby eateries and shops. It was also easy to find and accessible by freeway. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, including a fridge, microwave, and a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, and the complimentary coffee maker was a nice touch. The pool, although a bit chilly, would be a refreshing way to cool off in the summer. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the male receptionist who went above and beyond to help us.

Hard to think of anything negative; the only minor concern was the lack of a soap holder in the shower stall.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the convenience of the location. It was close to free parking at Qualcomm Stadium and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of TV channels and the availability of parking. a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

Howard Johnson University Inn - Sdsu exceeded my expectations with its convenient location and abundance of amenities. the rooms were spacious and included a fridge, microwave, and a comfortable, king-size bed with great pillows. the bathroom was clean and stocked with complimentary toiletries. I was also pleased to find a pool on-site, perfect for cooling off in the summer. the hotel had a good Wi-Fi connection and even offered a free continental breakfast for a quick start to the day. I highly recommend Howard Johnson for its unbeatable price and will be seeking out more of their chain hotels in the future.
