No nearby laundry services, unhelpful desk staff, lack of security measures. Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The room beds were large and comfortable, offering a peaceful sleep. Staff provided prompt and friendly service, catering to our needs. We were able to stream our favorite shows on the hotel's smart TVs. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable and relaxing for both myself and my daughter.
