Great location overlooking the harbor. Close to restaurants and attractions. Convenient access to Hyline ferry. Spacious and clean room with a beautiful harbor view. Good breakfast options. Small indoor pool.

This hotel is centrally located to a lot of tourist attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the Cape. And let me tell you, the view from the hotel is just stunning! Whether you choose a room with a private balcony in the back or one with a nice view of the water, you won't be disappointed. Plus, the staff here are so friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable from start to finish.

The location is fantastic for those planning to catch a ferry, as it is very close to the harbor and marina. The hotel is conveniently located on the south shore of the cape, allowing for easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. Rooms are clean and spacious with newer bedding and daily cleaning services to ensure comfort during your stay.

The hotel decor seems outdated and could use some modernization to make it more welcoming and comfortable for guests.

We loved the location of the hotel, right by the harbor and close to great restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious cakes. Despite the bad coffee and orange juice, there were many cereal options to choose from. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view. we had a great stay at the Hyannis Holiday Motel.

The complementary hot beverage and snacks were a very nice touch during the cold Christmas morning. the hotel is located near the beach and main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel had a nice outdoor pool which was great for a summer party.

The hotel was very outdated and the room had a persistent musty smell. the air conditioning was also not working properly and the room was too hot.
