The hotel is located in a great area, within walking distance of everything. You can easily find some great restaurants and it is close to all the activities in Cape Cod. The rooms are always cleaned perfectly and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff remembers you every morning.

The bathroom could use some updating.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hyannis. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the ferry terminal for visiting surrounding areas and for exploring the Cape. The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor pool which provided a fun and enjoyable experience for our entire family. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with clean and fresh sheets and linens. The staff was friendly and informative, making our stay even more pleasant.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high. We could hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming shut frequently.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped with basic amenities such as a massive king size bed and air conditioners that are turned on in anticipation of guests. The breakfast includes a large assortment of items, including hot options, which is a great value for money.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel in the heart of the town, it made exploring restaurants, bars and shops easy. Despite the high temperatures, the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The cleanliness impressed me and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very central, with lots to walk and see. Easy drives to bike paths, wineries, breweries, and museums. Indoor pool is delightful, with comfortable lounge chairs and tables. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at The Hyannis Inn. The staff was friendly and gave great tips. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, with everything on Main Street within walking distance. The renovated room was clean, spacious, and soundproof. The comfortable bed and hot water were a delight. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the crispy bacon was delicious. We were even greeted with champagne and fresh fruit for our anniversary.

The hotel was located within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed, functioning AC, and was kept clean by diligent housekeeping staff. Free breakfast was a standout and served by friendly employees.

There was no working fan in the bathroom, which made it stuffy and uncomfortable.

We loved this place! We were right in the center of town, which meant walking distance to all sorts of places to eat and explore. The hotel offers a fantastic paid shuttle service, as well as tours and ticket assistance. The rooms had everything we needed, from air conditioning and a terrace to a flat-screen television and dining table. The staff was amazing, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The indoor pool and garden area were lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and seating to enjoy.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyannis Inn for three nights. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-prepared. The indoor pool facility was amazing, especially since the weather wasn't warm enough for the beach. We all enjoyed our time in the pool, making our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was also very helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to bring us ice for our cooler as we were leaving.

I highly recommend this hotel.
