The rooms were super cozy with the most comfortable beds ever! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the view from the quadruple room was amazing. The soundproofing really made a difference for a light sleeper like me.

I didn't personally need the bathrobe, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

Convenient location near shopping, CVS, and Henry's Tavern. Modern design, spacious and clean rooms. Responsive staff, quickly resolved issues. Comfortable and luxurious bed. Beautiful rooftop terrace for coffee.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric for a few nights, great location for train station and other attractions. Modern and clean room with a comfy bed and good a/c. The bathroom was very nice. Staff were friendly, especially the young man from Kansas City. Most valets were extremely polite and friendly. a very nice property.

We had a great experience staying at the Hyatt Centric. the room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent, with no feeling of being cramped at all. the overall design and aesthetic of the hotel was modern and appealing. the staff was quick to address any issues we had, such as moving us to a different room when the carpet was damp. the location was also great, with a nice rooftop terrace overlooking downtown. We enjoyed an exceptional dinner at the hotel restaurant, which had an interesting selection of food and beverages. the gym had a good variety of machines and equipment for our workout.

The hotel's location is great, being close to the train station and local bars. We were able to explore everything we wanted, including the Rhino district. The room was well-appointed with motion detector lights and plenty of space. The bathroom was nice with an illuminated clock in the mirror. The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable stay.

The elevators were not always reliable, resulting in long wait times.

This hotel has an amazing location since it's just a 15-minute walk to the ballpark, and it's in the centre of what's happening downtown, with access to everything we wanted to explore in Denver. The basic amenities were great, and the room had a fantastic view for desk work. Plus, the staff was very friendly and gave us excellent service throughout our stay. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel could use some improvement in terms of the area around it. However, everything else was more than okay.

Had an awesome thanksgiving stay at this hotel! the bed was beyond comfortable, providing a cozy and peaceful sleep. the location is prime and within easy walking distance to major city attractions. the complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities in the room were perfect for a relaxing morning. the bar was perfect for winding down at night with friendly staff that were happy to help with anything you need.

While everything was amazing, I experienced a problem with the Wi-Fi connection upon arrival. Despite speaking to multiple staff members, the issue remained unresolved.
