The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and fulfilling our special requests without any hesitation. The room was modern and well-designed, with all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which provided a relaxing and luxurious experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in Long Beach for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location is superb, right in the center with easy access to restaurants in Shoreline Village and a cinema next door. The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the harbor, and despite its small size, it was never overcrowded. The room was comfortable and clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering us a late check-out and the option to store our luggage after our cruise.

The staff at the Hyatt Centric were excellent and very accommodating. The pool was also excellent, perfect for families with 2 small kids. The staff at the rooftop bar were amazing, hilarious, and aimed to please. The hotel was well decorated and the rooms were spacious and quiet. They also had a convenient breakfast ordering service and accepted room charge at the bar/shop.
