the pools were awesome, and the lazy river was perfect for relaxing family time. our two-bedroom suite was spacious and had a gorgeous screened-in lanai. great location near shops and awesome food spots like mike's market.

Check-in left a lot to be desired. they mentioned beach access but it turned out to be misleading as shuttles to the beach were unavailable. There were cleanliness issues as well, with some guests pointing out hair in bathrooms and general lack of proper cleaning. Additionally, the supposed 'one' trash can in the room was far too small, and I found it annoying that I had to walk to another resort due to the lack of shuttle service. Lastly, I noticed some noise disturbances from maintenance crews starting early in the morning, which was pretty disruptive.

Staying at this spot was fantastic! We marveled at the variety of activities available, especially lounging by the beautiful pools and the lazy river. With our precious dog along for the trip, the family-friendly atmosphere and the nearby golf course made it even better.

My kids wished for longer facility hours, especially for pool access.

We had an amazing time at the resort everything was so well maintained the staff were friendly and super helpful. The kids loved the lazy river and the pools they didn't want to leave. We got to use the boat shuttle to the private island which is a cool experience for everyone.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly worth it for all the fun we had.

The staff was incredibly dedicated to serving guests. with plenty of activities for both kids and adults. Enjoyed the lovely outdoor swimming pool area and the easy access to nearby markets like Mike's, known for fresh food and delightful strawberry shakes.

However, I wished for a bit more attention to housekeeping during our stay. perhaps regular checks for fresh towels would enhance the experience.
