We recently stayed at a hotel for Easter. The decor was stunning and the staff was incredible, especially the valet. The pillows on the bed were super comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep. the hotel was located in a prime location, close to all the main attractions and restaurants.

We had some negative experiences during our stay. The deadbolt to our door was broken, and the hotel staff was unable to fix it even after a repairman came to work on it.
