The hotel is located in a trendy Chicago neighborhood which was perfect as it was close to the theatre district and the United Center, where we were attending an event. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities, including a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. The value for money was excellent, especially considering that breakfast was included.

I also loved the included breakfast with make to order omelets and the option for to-go boxes. The fitness area and pool were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. The convenient paid parking and reimbursement for street parking was a bonus. The hotel's location was within walking distance to the United Center and a short drive to popular attractions like Cloud Gate and the Lincoln Park Zoo. Lou Malnati's pizzeria nearby was a delicious dinner option.

One downside was that there was some noise from other guests, especially in the hallway during the night. It was disruptive and woke up our whole family, which was not ideal.

Secondly, the service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Finally, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with two beds and a sleeper sofa, and some even offered great views. Plus, breakfast was included, adding even more value to our stay.
