The value for our money was excellent, and our room was absolutely wonderful. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the first thing I loved was the spacious and comfortable room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a full kitchen which was perfect for preparing Christmas meals. the second highlight was the beautiful view of the mountains from my room. It added a special touch to the holiday atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the noise from trains passing by throughout the night was quite disruptive.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned. the TV in our room had issues with the channels, and despite reporting it to the front desk, we never received a follow-up.

The room was surprisingly spacious for the price, and the view from the room was amazing. I really liked the small kitchen in the room, it was a great feature for the price. it felt more like having an apartment rather than just a standard hotel room, which was very nice.

I had some issues during my stay. I had booked and paid for a king room, but they gave me a queen room without informing me beforehand.

The hotel is located next to very busy train tracks but I didn't experience any disturbance from the noise. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchenette which is great for those who like to cook or keep snacks. The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs made to order and to-go options.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Garden of the Gods and a beautiful bike trail along the river. The staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen in our room was fully stocked.

Our room was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. Previous guests' towels were left in the bathroom, and there were hairs on the sheets.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the outside card reader access to the first floor near our room was often broken, which made us feel a bit uneasy. However, the key location of the hotel made it easy for us to get where we wanted to go during our city trip.

Cannot find any fault.

I recently stayed at this venue and I was pleasantly surprised! The location was a bit odd, nestled in a business park surrounded by apartments, but the staff more than made up for it. They were professional from check-in to check-out and made my stay extremely comfortable with the room amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a kitchen equipped with cookware and utensils. I also appreciated the free toiletries and am/fm alarm clock. The best part of my stay was the leisure swimming pool and TV room, perfect for winding down after a long day of travel.

All in all, if you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was awesome for preparing quick meals, and the staff was great. They were very helpful in accommodating us with some inconveniences caused by the ongoing construction. The pool area was nice and secluded in a courtyard, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a microwave and refrigerator, which is not common in many other hotels. The breakfast was good, especially the custom-made omelets. The day staff was very helpful whenever we needed assistance.
