The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially liked the fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to the airport and made it easy for us to catch our flight. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of travel.

Disappointingly, the bar and evening meal service was not up to par. The food options were limited and the quality was only average.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was upgraded without reason, a lovely surprise. The location is very close to the airport and not too far from everything. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The free shuttle service was reliable and friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. They were really friendly and always willing to help me with anything I needed, even going beyond their responsibilities. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a supermarket, drugstore, and several restaurants. This made it really convenient for me to grab anything I needed during my stay. The personalized shuttle service was a huge plus, taking only 5-10 minutes to get to and from the airport, even during rush hour.

As a Hyatt member, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel close to the airport with a good breakfast, spacious King Suite, and well-stocked kitchenette. Customer service was very good, despite some minor issues with housekeeping and lack of signage. I would recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the early check-in option, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hotel and pool while waiting for our family. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The 2 bedroom suite provided the perfect amount of space for our family. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The hotel's location within walking distance of a supermarket, CVS, and Starbucks was convenient. The free airport transfer was prompt and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room felt like home because it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was just right. The hotel facilities and amenities were accommodating and worth the cost of our stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. We were able to check in and get a room much earlier than the check-in time. The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach, a Cuban restaurant, very close to the airport, and near the airport. Also, the breakfast offered made-to-order omelets and was great.

The walls of the room were thin, resulting in a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. The noise from people talking on the phone and car doors closing throughout the night was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House in Miami. We were visiting for a much-needed vacation and were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite to accommodate our 9-year-old child. The separate sleeping area was a great bonus, and the kitchen amenities were a lifesaver. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the main highway and convenient for exploring Downtown and Miami Beach. The staff was attentive and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
