I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House in New York. The location was perfect, with subway stops just a short walk away. The view from the rooftop was stunning, especially of the Empire State Building. The staff, especially the lady at reception, were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel also provided coin-operated washing and drying machines, which was convenient for longer stays. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Manhattan, close to two different subway stops, making it easy to get around this city. The room was incredibly clean and well equipped, with a microwave and a comfortable bed. The breakfast options were amazing, offering a hearty and healthy start to the day. a great hotel with excellent facilities and a perfect location.

I stayed at Hyatt House Chelsea for a week and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most sites. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view from the higher floor. The complimentary breakfast, especially the themed omelettes, was delicious. The cleaning service was impeccable and the washer/dryer in the room was a plus.

During my Christmas stay, the best aspects of this hotel were the cozy rooms and the friendly staff. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a comfortable space to relax after a long day of holiday shopping. Additionally, the staff was always welcoming and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Best of all, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the subway and several popular shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the city during the festive season.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the breakfast options were quite limited and the quality of the food was not the best.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it allowed us to explore the city while also being away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the range of amenities available such as the fitness room and rooftop terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Perfect for families!

The beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious, and the shower was great. The bathroom lighting was perfect, and we had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building from our room. The hotel also had a good heating system. Close to Penn Station and had more spacious rooms than the Moxy next door.

This hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to several public transport links. It's close to many Manhattan attractions and you can reach anything you need by subway or on foot. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Breakfast is tasty and varied, with omelet made-to-order and a nice view of the streets. Moreover, the staff is polite and helpful, and the lift service is very fast.

Some front desk staff members can be rude and unhelpful.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House in Chelsea for a week. The location was perfect, with most sites within walking distance. The property was new and clean, and I loved having a washer/dryer in my room. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The free American-style breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was spectacular.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations with theme-oriented omelettes. The value for money was exceptional, especially during the Christmas season. This hotel in the Chelsea district of New York City is a hidden gem. Located in a great area, it offers easy access to the overly populated touristy areas but is away from the hustle of midtown. The value for money here is unbeatable, with rooms that are spacious and comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a wonderful view of The Empire State building - it was truly awesome! The kitchenette in the room was a great feature, allowing me to prepare meals and save some money. The breakfast options were fantastic, with fresh omelettes and several gluten-free choices. Plus, the view from the breakfast area was fantastic!
