My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Hyatt House! We were there for a one night birthday party event and the front desk staff, especially Jimmy, provided exceptional service. The kitchen in our room had lots of space and utensils, which was much appreciated. We loved the modern and updated shower/bathroom, as well as the TV screen that could rotate. The custom omelet option at breakfast was a highlight for me, as I eat Keto. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room key controlling the garage added an extra level of safety.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more pleasant. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with a nearby market place offering great dining options.

The only downside was the noise from outside, which at times made it difficult to sleep. However, this didn't take away from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

I was disappointed with the breakfast options. Even though it was a Saturday morning, the breakfast should have been available until 9:30 am.

Our room was spacious and had a beautiful design, making us feel right at home. The kitchen in our room was a major plus, fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient. The breakfast area was well-maintained and had plenty of space for guests to maintain a safe distance from each other. The pool was a nice bonus as well. I was highly satisfied with my stay at Hyatt House.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but it was a minor inconvenience and didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelettes that were definitely worth trying. The staff, especially Angel and Craig, provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special.
