My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Hyatt House! We were there for a one night birthday party event and the front desk staff, especially Jimmy, provided exceptional service. The kitchen in our room had lots of space and utensils, which was much appreciated. We loved the modern and updated shower/bathroom, as well as the TV screen that could rotate. The custom omelet option at breakfast was a highlight for me, as I eat Keto. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room key controlling the garage added an extra level of safety.

Some guests had issues with the bathroom doors, bathroom floors, and bathroom fan.

Great welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, and convenient location. the staff did everything to make us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious and varied enough. the location is an easy drive from many restaurants and stores. the hotel's amenities, such as the kitchen with refrigerator, utensils, pots and pans, and electric stove.

Some minor things needed maintenance, and the cable channels offered were somewhat limited. However, the few issues did not detract from our overall experience.

The Hyatt House in Cupertino exceeded our expectations as adventure travelers. The amenities were excellent, including a 24/7 gym, pool, and bike rentals. The morning breakfast was superior and even included miso soup. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
