The Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center impressed me with its modern decor and comfortable rooms. The hotel's clean, modern design and the inclusion of family rooms and suites made for a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

Despite the positive aspects, the layout of the room was a bit inconvenient, as the bathroom was only accessible through the sleeping area, and the A/C units were located near the kids' section. This could potentially pose a challenge, especially in hotter weather.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and a sitting area with a couch and ottoman. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcomed and acknowledged throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was a delicious treat, with a variety of selections including fresh fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, bacon. the value for money, attention to detail, and friendly staff made our stay here memorable.

The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to the Disneyland resort and there was the option to take the Toy Story shuttle across the street.

One major downside of the hotel was the parking fee of $20 per day, which felt quite steep. Furthermore, the pool and spa area were not well-maintained, with dirty water and the spa eventually being shut down.
