Dan, the Manager, resolved our reservation issue efficiently, ensuring our comfort throughout. the room's comfort and amenities exceeded our expectations, providing a memorable stay for my friends and I. Thin walls, delayed towel requests.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Hyatt Place in Atlanta Buckhead for our stay, and I must say, it was a great choice. One of the highlights of my stay was the 24-hour fitness center. It had a good selection of cardio machines, and I appreciated the couple of treadmills and free weights available. This allowed me to maintain my workout routine even with a busy work schedule, and the convenience was a definite plus.

I didn't like the fact that on the website it says they take debit or credit cards but don't explain to you the extra fees you have to pay when you get there for using your card - that was a surprise I had to adjust my spending budget.

The Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead impresses with its convenient location near Lenox Square and a 24-hour fitness center. The spacious room, complete with a sofa, provided a comfortable stay, despite the slow elevator.

The refrigerator in our room was not working, causing our food to spoil, and the staff seemed overworked and irritable. This detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience.

The room was super spacious and clean, with a layout that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a jaw-dropping variety of hot and cold options. The location in Buckhead was perfect, with plenty of walking-distance restaurants to please our picky eaters. Plus, having Cyclebar right across the street was a huge plus. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. Clarence, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Woke up to tasty breakfast daily with fresh fruit, hot options. Enjoyed burger, salad, and drinks. Stylish room had all needed comforts. Back patio offered serene escape. The Market was handy for snacks. Easy access to shared computers saved the day. Common areas had a nice pop of color. Amenities included parking and free WiFi. Safety features made me feel secure. A clever menu satisfied my cravings. Lots of tables for dining. Fitness center had me breaking a sweat. Shuttle service was a lifesaver. The property is close to public transport.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Buckhead for a quick weekend getaway. The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in early. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold items, as well as delicious coffee and tea. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and there was plenty of parking available. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The hotel also had a small gym with decent equipment. Special shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff members, Tanisha and Oya, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Nothing could have been better.

The room we stayed in was spacious enough for our group of 3, giving us plenty of space for our girls' night in without feeling cramped, and the hotel's proximity to restaurants made it super convenient. We liked being able to walk to different restaurants nearby. The only downside was the unexpected parking fee that caught us off guard when we saw it on our bill, and the walk to the garage from the hotel was a bit of a trek 🚶.

The hotel was conveniently located near my business meetings, making it easy for me to get there on time. I also appreciated the early check-in and the late checkout, as it gave me more flexibility with my schedule. The room itself was comfortable and met all of my needs during my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. there were some hidden fees that were not communicated to me upfront, which was frustrating.
