As a business traveler, I appreciated the helpful staff who arranged an Uber for me when the shuttle driver was late. They also promptly notified me when my food was ready. No room service, but that wasn't a problem for me. The room was comfortable and quiet, with great amenities.

The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and halls. the room could have also been cleaner, as we found stray hairs and fingernail clippings on the sofa and in the shower.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for one night before catching a flight. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with vibrant and soothing decor. The use of glass and tile added to the modern feel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including a variety of juices and fruit. The snack menu and bar also offered a nice range of food options. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very clean, and we had everything we needed, such as ironing facilities, flat-screen tv, and a comfortable sitting area. We were so close to the airport, but we didn't hear any planes. This hotel is situated very close to the airport, ensuring that it is very convenient for travelers. Despite being in proximity to the airport, the hotel is very quiet and calm, allowing for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, that are very well-appointed. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is another highlight.

There was an issue with sliding shower doors that wouldn't stay shut, leading to water getting all over the floor.

They even went the extra mile to assist me while I was on crutches. We were impressed with the variety of breakfast options available, which catered to our picky family. the hotel service was excellent, promptly providing us with extra towels and blankets when needed. the mini-laundromat on-site was a lifesaver for washing our kids' wet clothes after using the pool. the shuttle service was efficient and helpful, making our journey even more convenient. I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect for those flying out early in the morning as it’s right next to the airport. Prices were reasonable and the value for money was definitely there. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a great shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

Not only were the rooms super clean, but the view was also nice. Despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any planes, which was a pleasant surprise. That the turn into the hotel could be marked better. A bigger sign or clearer directions would have been helpful.

The room was amazing, with super comfy bedding and a perfect workspace for my laptop. I loved the separate sitting area for chilling out. The 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix was a game-changer – perfect for my karaoke nights!

The air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my liking.
